You card will be charged when you place your order, if for any reason we cannot complete your order a full refund will be issued the same card


For Cash on delivery ( Bahrain only ) you will be contacted to arrange delivery at a time that is convenient to you, this allows you to have the cash ready available, Delivery can be made to your home, office and or business.

Turnaround


All orders shipped within 24 Hours Sunday to Thursday 8am to 5pm.

Order Tracking


Once your goods are shipped we will be issued with a tracking number, this will then be emailed to your so you can track your goods until they arrive. For Cash on delivery (Bahrain only) this does not apply as we will use our in house delivery service.


Shipping Rates


The rate charged for the shipping will be based on the weight of product/products ordered and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be issued with total shipping cost, this gives you the chance to proceed with order or to cancel if you don’t wish to continue.


Back Orders


At onlineappliances.me (a division of Enerserv WLL) we have a policy of letting you know if a product is out of stock but as with all technology sometimes there could be an error, if for any reason this happens after you place your order then you will be given the choice to continue with this order and it will be placed on back order, a date of arrival will be issued to you, if you decide you do not want to wait, we will give you a full refund including any issued delivery costs..
